Herefordshire Council Notice

NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN - VOTING PAPERS & APPLICATIONS

Herefordshire Council’s Electoral Services have informed us that the voting papers for the Referendum on the Bodenham Neighbourhood Development Plan are going into the post today (8 June), so those already on the register of electors in the Parish should receive the papers in the coming week. The Polling Station will be at the Parish Hall, as is normal for elections.

As you will have seen from the Notice of the Referendum, those who are not on the register of electors, but wish to vote, must submit their application to be included on the register by Tuesday, 26th June 2018. You can register to vote on line at https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/info/200152/elections/7/register_to_vote or you can download the necessary forms at the same address, or you can contact Electoral Services by telephone on 01432-260107 (Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm: Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm), or by e-mail at elections@herefordshire.gov.uk.

The deadlines for applications and/or changes for postal and proxy votes are as given on the Notice, a copy of which you can find by clicking on the ‘more details’ link below. Information on how to obtain the necessary forms can be found at https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/info/200152/elections/7/register_to_vote/2 , or by calling Electoral Services on the number above. (You should note that you must be registered under Individual Electoral Registration to apply to vote by post or proxy).
